-Was specifically recruited to help open a new Opioid Treatment Program. Duties include clinical supervision, management duties, intake screenings and addictions assessments, mental health assessments, referrals, drug screening, addictions counseling, mental health counseling, relapse prevention, detox, treatment planning, staff trainings, coordination of care, patient “art therapy” group, guided visualization/hypnotherapy, case management, compliance audits, etc.
Started Recovery Month Karaoke occurring each September and Christmas Karol-oke during the holidays to promote patient engagement in fun sober events and activities.
Ongoing community outreach efforts including organizing annual non-perishable food drive each September and annual holiday toy drive to benefit local families in need.
